MUNICHFABRICSTART’S ORGANICSELECTION FORUM PRESENTS EXHIBITOR’S FABRICS WHICH ARE ECOLOGICAL CERTIFIED
The fair trade’s own labelling makes it much easier to retain an overview of the certification process. Moreover, the forum offers various opportunities to receive information. A professional contact person is available (for the duration of the entire trade fair) to anyone interested in specialized consulting/advice. Also, presentations are held on the first two days of the trade fair by experts, e.g., from the IMO (Institut für Marktökologie), giving information about the topic of ecology marketing

ECO Village provides a service center for professionals, who are searching for a direct connection to certified and non-profit organizations for more sustainability and environmental awareness. Organizations such as the Institute For Marketecology IMO, bluesigntechnologies AG, the IVN (Internationaler Verband der Naturtextilwirtschaft e.V.), Textile Exchange, Made-By and Ceres – Certification of Environmental Standards – can provide the trade fair visitors with concrete answers to questions about environmental safety/compatability, resource management, social compatability, and eco-standards.
