Tejidos Royo presents its first 100% pre-consumer recycled cotton fabric and expands its recycled collection<\/h3>\n

At BLUEZONE, around 50 international denim and sportswear suppliers will showcase their latest denim developments and innovations. Hall 2 will once again become the ultimate blue hotspot.
Taking place alongside MUNICH FABRIC START, THE SOURCE and KEYHOUSE, the Zenith venue will once again serve as a central hub for the international denim community, complemented by a comprehensive programme of highly relevant events and industry highlights. <\/p>\n

For the FW 26-27 collection, Tejidos Royo has achieved a new milestone in sustainable textiles by presenting its first 100% pre-consumer recycled cotton fabric, compliant with GRS standards, and dyed using DRY Indigo\u00ae \u2014 a pioneering dyeing technology that drastically reduces water, chemical, and energy use, eliminating water discharge.
This innovation represents a significant step in the company\u2019s ongoing sustainability journey. Firmly believing that recycled fabrics will become the fashion industry standard by 2030, Tejidos Royo is actively adapting its portfolio to meet this shift.
The company is expanding its range of recycled cotton fabrics across both denim and sportswear, including recycled versions of its flagship articles. <\/p>\n

As part of its FW 26-27 collection, Tejidos Royo has developed two exclusive finishes for direct dyeing, designed to elevate garment aesthetics with unique effects: \u201cColor amplify\u201d and \u201cMarble\u201d collections.<\/p>\n

\u201cColor Amplify\u201d is a denim-inspired finish designed to boost colour intensity, without pre-treatment. It enhances depth and vibrancy, delivering bold, saturated tones and a rich visual impact. <\/p>\n

On the other hand, \u201cMarble\u201d exclusive finish delivers a unique, marble-like effect through garment dyeing. Inspired by nature\u2019s own unpredictability, each piece is unique, with tonal contrasts between light and dark emerging randomly.
