David Shah
Publisher & CEO View-Publications

David Shah is a publisher at Metropolitan Publishing BV (Textile View, View2, Viewpoint Design, Viewpoint Colour, PantoneView Colour Planner). He was previously co-publisher at United Publishers S.A. Paris (View on Colour). David is also a design and marketing consultant for leading companies in Europe, ranging from fashion to automotive and white goods. He is a regular speaker on social and design trends at events worldwide.

Muchaneta Kapfunde
Founding Editor-in-Chief FashNerd

Muchaneta Kapfunde’s drive is fuelled by her insatiable appetite for fashion and her passionate curiosity about technology for fashion trends. Unashamedly living and breathing the merger of fashion and technology, Muchaneta launched FashNerd.com in 2015. It has since gained a global following from an audience in search of indispensable news.

Volker Orthmann

After his training as a menswear tailor and his studies in fashion design, Volker Orthmann was working as Menswear Consultant for the company mode…information and as editor and Fashion Director Menswear for the trade magazine TM. He is a lecturer and vice head of the Academy Design Department Düsseldorf, Creative Director of the Forecasting Publications Next Look and Color Essence. He is managing an office for Fashion Consulting & Creative Services.

Carola Seybold
Pantone LLC

Carola Seybold has completed her Diploma at the age of 24 years from Lake of Constance University (GRMY) and further finalised her Marketing studies from University of Hohenheim (Germany). Before joining PANTONE LLC in 2008, Seybold has worked as a Senior Consultant at Glasmeier & Partner Int.  She works as Director of Business Development for PANTONE LLC in Europe, Middle East and Africa and leading also the Marketing in PANTONE EMEA.

Patrick Meyer

After his studies in marketing & communication, Patrick Meyer was working in Germany and abroad in the fields of retail, sales, product and brand management – especially for fashion and sport. Since 2017 he is responsible for the business development and the key account management EMEA for Fashion Snoops’ FS White Space within the company mode….information. mode…information GmbH is the strategic and exclusive partner of Fashion Snoops.

Gabriele Orsech - Fashion Consultant

After her successful design studies, Gabriele Orsech was working in Germany and abroad. She managed her own womenswear label, for 12 years she was the artistic director at the AMD Akademie Mode & Design in Düsseldorf. Later she took over the management of the academy. In 2009 she founded the Design Department / Academy for Fashion and Communication Düsseldorf. She is managing the academy, is working as a lecturer in the fields of fashion design and cultural history. She is curating numerous exhibitions and is Creative Director of the Forecasting Publications Next Look, Textile Report and Color Essence.

Karin Schmitz
Peclers Business Development

Karin Schmitz started her career as fashion designer and illustrator. As consultant she developed color and trend concepts for fashion companies in Germany, Austria and Denmark for more than 15 years. Since 1997 she is part of the Peclers Paris Team and since 2011 representing the trend agency as business development director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Her passion is supporting companies from different sectors - fashion, interior and beauty in their development of new creative concepts and products.

Ann-Kristin Trost
Head of Color and Trend Advisory

Ann-Kristin Trost is a color and trend enthusiast, with 10 years in fashion industry. During several roles in Berlin, New York and Hamburg, she honed her skill as a color and concept manager for several global fashion companies (from Anna Sui to TrendONE, Tchibo and Landor). In her role as Head of Color & Trend Advisory for coloro, she highlights the reasons why new product coloro will make your working day even easier (and brighter) when it comes to translating fashion and retail concepts into color specifications.

Lina Pfeifer - GOTS Representative

Lina Pfeifer represents the Global Organic Textile Standard in the region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Her main tasks are the initial consultation regarding a GOTS certification as well as to strengthen the visibility of the Standard on levels of media, NGOs and policy initiatives such as the Partnership of Sustainable Textiles. Prior to GOTS, she worked at the head office of the International Association of Natural Textiles.
