WOMEN´S FASHION TRENDS FW 27-28: EVERYDAY CHIC – EKLEKTISCHE PRINTS UND VIELFÄLTIGE MATERIALIEN IM FOKUS
Karin Schmitz (Peclers Paris)

Antoine Doubacis (The PatternClub )

The New Luxury Consumer: Why Consumers Are Returning to Substance
Muchaneta ten Napel (Shape Innovate)
Luxury has changed.
Luxury is no longer defined by price alone. Today's consumers expect exceptional quality, transparency, innovation and products with a compelling story behind them. These shifting expectations are changing not only the brands they buy from, but also the materials those brands choose and the suppliers they partner with.
In this keynote, Muchaneta ten Napel explores how the evolving luxury consumer is influencing textile development, sourcing decisions and material innovation. From traceability and craftsmanship to next-generation fibres and digital technologies, the session examines what premium brands are now asking of their supply chains and how textile manufacturers can position themselves for the next era of luxury.
Drawing on real-world examples from across the fashion industry, the keynote offers practical insights into how suppliers can create greater value, strengthen brand partnerships and remain competitive in an increasingly discerning market.
